I generally LOVE books of infographics and this was a really cool visual representation of a woman whose life is so mired in larger-than-life Hollywood legend. Though this wasn't super in depth and didn't touch on deeper, more meaningful pieces of Marilyn's life, it didn't have to--it was a book of infographics that were stunning to look at, cohesive in style, and full of interesting and relevant information. I admire Marilyn Monroe for a number of reasons, especially because she was a talented and intellectual person who was underestimated by her peers and her colleagues. This book was a charming introduction to knowing more about her (beyond all the posters on every college girl's freshman dorm wall).… (más)
