The cookbook has been fun, making my 'dining alone times' more adventurous. The best part of this one bowl cookery ~ it lends itself to cooking for one person. The worst part is that many of the recipes need specialized ingredients which don't normally live in my kitchen. To make myself be more ambitious, I sometimes let the book 'flop' open and then say I will shop for what I don't have and cook this.
