I have said to myself many times one of these days I am gonna come across a text that describes and teaches about energy in it's many forms, so I was very excited when I came across this book. A wonderful deep and insightful book that does just that, teaches us about energy in it's many different genres.

I was just so impressed the way Theo was able to explain the transference of sound energy and how the waves and octaves are all part of the wonderful thing we call music. I also learned about the frequencies of colors and the blending and presenting of them all expresses energy in different ways. This book was a long time in the making and it shows, the author's attention to detail was astounding and I walked away feeling like I had learned a lot. I would recommend this fabulous energy reference book to anyone who has a pressing need to know about how our world fits together in an invisible way.
