This is not a biography of David Bowie, but a fictional tale of how music and movement sparked his creativity and lead to a long career in the spotlight. This is a wonderful tribute to a man who left this earth too soon.

A family that's too busy to get away on their dream vacations is lucky to have a young daughter who brings their dream vacations to them for a day: Paris for Mom, penguins for older sister Marla, and a safari for Dad. Last of all, Sam takes them to her own favorite place: Home sweet home.

Great book with great ideas!

A busy family doesn't have time to take the vacations they're dreaming of, so they bring all of their dream vacations (Paris, safari, Antarctica penguins) to their home, town, and imaginations. Great way of illustrating the way imagination can be used and the fun of spending time with your family.

I would have liked to see more diversity in the book. But I plan on using this book to prompt a similar adventure with my kids this summer!
