Norman Garbo

This seems a bit dated now, post Cold War, but when I first read it in the 80s it was very much au courant. Turner finds his wife, to whom he has been happily married for years, has disappeared suddenly. As he tries to find out what has happened, he finds that not one thing that he though he knew about her was true. An unexpected, and unexpectedly good book.
