For transparency's sake, I'm the lead author of this book. One of the few books on corporate credit analysis for practitioners offering an overall approach to credit analysis going beyond analysis of financial statements. Two main parts presents risk factors relating to the borrower and the financial instrument. It is complemented by a wrap up proposing a scoring system and case studies.
