The content is very useful in order to become a better player through relaxed concentration. The way to get there is well explaned although it is far too much text written. That's really a challenge to keep reading. The content can be written in 2/3 of the actual pages.
The English is probably very well written but for a non-native English reader it is quite difficult without a dictionnary explaining the meaning of non common words.

My first choice for first chapter books. The gentle magic and amazing story makes parents and children smile.

Though this book is short, I had a very hard time finishing it. Much of it is geared to orchestral players and I play a solo instrument, although I could see how some of it would apply to anyone. I couldn't get into doing any of the exercises, but his points about eliminating the interference from critical, judgy "Self 1" are well taken. Should probably have just skimmed it instead to extract the few nuggets.
