Wesley R. Fishel

This collection of articles, published at the height of the Vietnam War, helped me through many a debate with anti-war radicals. It includes the best argumenation on both sides, though I don't think that a fair-minded reader can avoid coming away with the conviction that supporting the government of South Vietnam was both in America's best interests and the right thing to do. It's a pity that there weren't more fair-minded readers.
