I have never hated a book as much as I have hated this book. It was a wannabe V.C. Andrews’s book that was all over the place.

The same info was told again and again. I couldn’t understand why she didn’t tell her grandparents right away. Why didn’t the grandparents just take her to the lawyer instead of waiting for cops to show up? The social worker scene was a joke. I figured out in Chapter 9 the truth about Sarah. Madison was a brat through the whole book. The transitions between the scenes didn’t make sense. It was rushed in a great amount of the book. The main character treated everyone like crap and only carried about herself. The plot change in Chapter 11 made no sense at all. There was nothing leading up to it or foreshadowing it. In Chapter 12 it didn’t make any sense about what she was going to do about Annabella. I didn’t understand why in Chapter 15 she didn’t get her cellphone. Sarah had to be a fake doctor because she should have known about a simple medical condition. The scene between Madison and her mom was awful and was rushed. The ending was stupid. The book was just awful. I made myself finish the book, but I hated it the whole time.
