Pros
* Content. I've been a homeowner for almost six years and this book included everything I've learned by necessity in that time and then some.

* This book did not offer much in the way of actual how-to instructions. It was mostly overview and brief instructions.
Overall, I'd recommend this book to brand new homeowners looking for a guide to what they should be on the lookout for and best practices for preventative maintenance. Anyone who wants to actually tackle fixes will need to look elsewhere.… (más)
