Clio Evans

I love me some monster romance. And Clio Evans is the master. I love how there are various couples it’s not just MF or MM. In this book we have Billy who is a shadow demon, Charlie who is a monster who has tentacles glows but also invisible and finally there is Jaehan who is a witch but also an Omega. These three are mates and my oh my if the mating and all the spicy scenes just perfection. I am not sure how she does it all the spice and the plot in a short book. Jaehan is in danger and the company they all work for is under attack during everything happening on a personal level. Give this a read most definitely also my recommendation is read the creature cafe series first they are tied together in a small way but definitely stand without reading them.… (más)

Clio is a master of monster romances. Do you want kinky? Do you want various monsters and humans. Do you want MF/ FF/ MM/ MFF/ MMF/ ETC? She has a book for just about everything. I have to admit I love the kinky stuff and she’s introduced me to some that I didn’t even know about she was also my first mm read and I’ve been hooked since.
All of her books are standalones but aren’t. This series in particular the overall world arc you need to start from book one but you can ultimately understand what the meaning of the story is without knowing that. And then this series the world takes place outside of but also has ties to the creature café series. My recommendation would be to start with the creature café series and then move onto this one just because there are characters in here that are main characters but also just have a little drop by in the series that are from the first series and it gives you a better world building in character building overall. And just to clarify the characters aren’t in both but there are characters that they are spoken about in the first series in a teeny tiny way as well as characters from the first series that are talked about in a teeny tiny way in the second series.… (más)
