Scott K. Edinger

I can't really recommend this book to anyone who knows anything about leadership. Rehashed and slightly repackaged concepts, platitudes and buzzwords, although with a different square of quadrants (initiative vs perspective).

For those who have not read any other books on leadership, there are some goods points, and this is an easy read, but as with all of these books, should be read with a critical mind. Don't buy everything they are trying to sell.
