Whoever thought that a book about the microorganisms living in your body could be so adorable! A Garden in Your Belly was such a fun and educational read; I even learned a few things while reading this book. Children, as well as adults, will have so much fun laughing and reading A Garden in Your Belly!

SOOO pretty, and it explains the concept of gut microbes in a way that is easy to understand, and devoid of toilet humor.

Oh as a person who has her own gut issues sometimes, I quite enjoyed a book with flowery illustrations and the intestines being likened to a river. It's a great introductory to our body's microbiomes, proper nutrition, and how our gut can impact a lot of full body health!
