Being a season's diary of a promotion season for Luton Town. As the title implies, it's a cheerful book by a true believer, and that makes it a little less interesting than some of these. Season diaries are always interesting in inverse proportion to how well the team is doing, and this season was just too successful to make for interesting crises. Neither is the author very interested in moaning about the boardroom, the players, the weather, or the food.
