On Eucharistic Worship In The English Church por Nathaniel Dimock
Dimock completely blows up Anglo-Catholic historical revisionism regarding the doctrine of transubstantiation in the Church of England of the mid-19th century, showing that the classic Anglican view of the eucharistic presence was that of dynamic virtualism. An excellent treatment by "An English Presbyter", the rector of Wymynswold in Kent. Dimock cites the early Church sources and vindicates the English Church as Protestant and Reformed, yet thoroughly Catholic in orientation and in line with the broad Patristic consensus on the eucharist.
