- I was born in England and have lived in the USA and Spain. My first short book was published in 1993 and was a study of the writer Colin Wilson, this was followed in 1995 with an Oral History of the Open University. Since then I have published two plays, two collections of poetry, three volumes of essays and a book on acting 'Playing Macbeth' and edited a variety of books. I have acted for numerous theatre companies including RAT Theatre, Voices of the Holocaust and Carabosse Theatre Company and appeared once, for five minutes, on an RSC stage in Stratford! I've appeared very briefly in three feature films and a short film called 'Imagine'.
