Such a creative concept! You don't often see a gentle bedtime story kind of book that features a ninja. Very interesting cut paper illustrations, too.

Sweet story of a boy's nocturnal adventure as a ninja.

This book is illustrated by Ed Young, the same illustrator as "Hook." The are is similar in style as "Hook" but much different due to the medium used. It was constructed with cut paper, textured cloth, string, and colored pencil. It is a very quick story about a child who plays as a ninja at night. He is not sneaky enough though, and his mother catches him and sends him back to bed.
