The book seemed to drag on and never really get to the heart of the story. I forced my way through 60 pages and had to quit.

Liked It

It was thoroughly entertaining for me, but I love Ya and Paranormal, so this book was perfect for me. Shay can see and talk to ghosts. Matter of fact she grew up with her best friend being a ghost named Jeremy. It's a good book, it had everything I enjoy reading all wrapped up into this one book. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys these genres, Young Adult Paranormal Romance, is exactly what this book is. 💖💖💖💖

Reveal was an absolutely brilliant book to read. I really liked Shay and her ability to talk and see ghosts especially Jeremy who seemed to grown up literally with her. When she meets Hugh in person after seeing him a few times around and totally crushing on her she couldn’t believe her luck but who knew that he was like her. It was amazing. But then there was the darkness and can Shay and Hugh defeat him? and what are Cryptids? You will ind out when you read it and you will be left, like I was, wanting more.

I really like how Brina wrote this, it flowed well there was no dull bits and it kept me hooked til the very end.

It was so good I have just purchased book 2 and 3 in the series.

I received a copy of this novel in exchange for my honest review. Teagen has had an extremely rough year. Her boyfriend vanishes into thin air, the guy she thought she’d spend the rest of forever with. Her heart broken, she falls into a deep depression. Her grandmother, getting up in age can no longer live alone. Teagen seeing this as a chance for a fresh start, packs her things and moves from New York to her grandmother’s mansion in Salem, Massachusetts. Right away she gets a fantastic opportunity at a Gallery to sell pieces and display her own work. Life finally begins to feel normal; until Lark and Teagen come across the body of a murdered young woman having a striking resemblance to Teagen. Suddenly Teagen has the “irrational” fear that the murderer was after her. Then she sees a young man that looks very much like Jason, her lost love. On the brink of a breakdown she goes in search for answers. Will Teagen be able to handle the truth? This was an amazing story, it had everything needed to keep my interest. The only part I had trouble with was the character Jason, why he was Celine’s patsy and did he or didn’t he ever love Teagen. I’m hoping book two of this series clears that up for us.
