This series just gets better and better. Tripp Garza is one hot hunk of man. Soleil has been hot for him ever since she was younger. Coming to LA for a mission to find the truth about her family, Soleil ends up on an adventure that has her life in danger and Red Cage trying to help. Oh, the suspense will have you holding your breath (didn’t even realize I was). You’ll feel all the emotions. Old favorites will make appearances throughout the story. The storyline runs smooth, even with all the drama, adventure, and plot twists. Romance will abound. These two have chemistry. They just need to admit it, will they? A wonderful read that I would give more than 5 stars if I were allowed to. An early winner for this year.… (más)

This book is full of adventure and spicy romance. True is a womanizer with severe ADHD. Lonny is a badass PI with a lot of baggage and some badly damaged emotions. A year ago they had a week long fling in the woods, now they end up together again to work at Red Cage. WTH, he’s a twin and they look-alike. Lonny is in over her head at times.
To hide his feelings, True hides as Trent, his look a like brother. The games have started. Lonny is reckless with the investigations. Someone is out to hurt her and True wants to find out who. These two have MAJOR chemistry and try to fight it. We find out what is behind their closed off walls. Can their damaged hearts be brought back together to make this work? Can they have a good life? Will they get through these challenges thrown at them? What a great story!!! Emotions run high throughout the whole darn story. I felt like I was there. Lots of twists and turns to follow but the plot, amazingly, stays fairly smooth. Those characters, they are so real and three-dimensional. I found myself rooting for them and yelling at some of the characters like Jules, Tripp, Tor, and Lexi. Curious to see what happens with Brook. (I feel like there’s another story there with her and the Castellos). You have to read this book. It’s breathtaking, exciting, and unforgettable. I was pulled in right from the beginning and I only just put it down. Outstanding! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.… (más)

First, I have to start out by saying that there cheating in this book. So, if that is a trigger for you then, please for the love of all that is right or good, be prepared and stay away. Don't bash the book or the author for precisely that reason when there have been enough reviews to steer away. I realize that everyone is entitled to their own opinion but as a reader, I cannot help but to feel disheartened when I see all the negativity for what I can only surmise was a lot of hard work and passion on the author's part in creating this story.

That being said, I knew going into this book that Trevillo was going to be a handful in regards to his commitment issues. Those had been hinted about in the previous books. However, there was something about him that drew me to him. I finally got to understand that in this book. Krissan was a hard one to deal with but I was compelled enough to try and understand her. Once I did, I loved her. I loved these two broken souls coming together.

I also loved the introduction of some other characters that later get their own story. I had forgotten some pivotal parts of that until I read this one and had that light bulb moment. It definitely added a new perspective when seeing those scenes in different eyes.

Again, second time reading this book and even better this time than the last time. This is my favorite of the series, even though Natalio owns my heart.… (más)

I have been a huge fan of this author since I first discovered her. There was just something about the way that she writes that resonated with me. I have been patiently waiting for new words from this author and she finally delivered.

For only being a novella-length book, this sure packed a lot of story. There was a foundation in the story that offered me a chance to get to know what made Neo and Toni tick. Not only in regard to the other but in who they were individually. Even though the author did a fantastic job of creating a full story in a short space of time, my only gripe was that it wasn't longer. I found I did want a full story and certain parts expanded on. Yet, I will not rank it down because of that. Instead, I will appreciate the short but stellar story and new words from one of my one-click authors.… (más)
