This book changed my life!!!! ... in 1989, when a health speaker from the States visited our yoga center in New Zealand. I have since come to believe that the principles of it go directly to the deepest archetypes of humanity in our relation to the ecosystem, in every way - spiritual, biochemical, physical, evolutionary.
