When you look at a tree, do you just see a tree. Look closer. Trees are so much more than just trunks, leaves and branches.
The large colorful illustrations and simple text make this a perfect read aloud for children ages 3-7. The rich vocabulary invites conversation. This would be a good book for an Earth Day kickoff. It would also pair well with a children’s yoga program as it poses thoughtful insights on how to make you life better by being more like trees.
