Heal Your Headache: The 1-2-3 Program for Taking… por David Buchholz
This migraine book is older and some of the medication information is out of date, but the diet information regarding trigger management is some of the best out there! Definitely recommended!

KatKinney | 8 reseñas más. | Mar 3, 2022 | I picked up this book after suffering from a 3-month-long headache. I figured I didn't have anything to lose at that point. I followed the advice in the book and became pain-free for the first time in months. I've since slacked off in the dietary recommendations, but at least I now know the basics and can go back if I need to.

ssperson | 8 reseñas más. | Apr 3, 2021 | This book has helped me get control of my migrane headaches.
I was in a medication overuse cycle, it helped me break the cycle, explore triggers more thoroughly, and get my life back.
It may not work for everyone since migraine headaches have a myriad of causes, but now I know what foods and additatives to avoid.

GeoffSC | 8 reseñas más. | Jul 25, 2020 | When I was diagnosed with atypical migraine activity, the doctor referred me to this book. It's written by a neurologist, so the terminology is medical in nature but he makes it very approachable for everyone. I get the feeling this author is a medical rebel, and yet the institution that referred me is highly regarded for their medical expertise.
If you've lived with a variety of symptoms that doctors tell you "you'll just have to deal with," you might want to check out this book. Migraine is SO much more than just headaches! It's worth the read to see if his methods can help you.… (más)
