Big MOVIE

Light fun in a bizarre plot when 12-year-old Josh wishes to be bigger... and his wish is granted. Not just bigger but eighteen years older, and forced to hide in New York City when his parents assume he has abducted their son.

Great comic timing from Tom Hanks, who looks very young in this 1988 film, including a now iconic keyboard scene with Robert Loggia. And in the end, a difficult decision to be made.

Some implied intimacies and the subject matter make this unlikely to be of interest to anyone younger than about twelve, but the rating is PG.
