Gina is relieved to leave her sensory-overload classroom and head to the reading room with another teacher. There, she proceeds to correct the mistakes in "Little Red Riding Hood," inserting herself into the story and identifying feelings on her chart along the way. (Gina's chart, with emoji-like faces wearing different expressions, makes up both the front and back endpapers, so readers can identify their feelings and moods along with Gina.) A very clever, sensible, inclusive retelling.
