Gr 3–6—Four incredible expeditions to the South Pole test men's mettle as two races, one in 1911 and one in 2018,
showcase the risks and triumphs of Antarctic adventure. Meticulous detail, clever juxtaposition of time periods, and
well-placed images support a suspenseful and satisfying narrative.
