Bob Barnes

This is a decently funny and clever one-panel strip featuring a childless middle-age couple who bicker a little, make sardonic comments toward each other, but there's never any real heat and there seems to be an underlying warmth and comfort about them, even if it's well-hidden and the passion has long ago banked into embers. I remember reading this strip in the local paper as a child; it was my first glimpse into the hidden complexities of those mysterious adults around me. This may be colored by nostalgic affection, but I still think it was a pretty good strip.… (más)
