This book is a must have for every child's home and school library. The book is rich in diversity. Not just in color but in abilities. In the book two young girls want to put on a show. Throughout the book children approach wanting to be a part of it. They all come with abilities that differ from the two girls. One child uses a pec tablet to speak. There is a child that is blind, one that has a hearing aid, a child with vitiligo, a child with glasses, various body shapes, various skin tones and much more. As the children come and want to be a part of the show the two girls recognize that the children have alternative abilities and adjusts the show so that way "Everyone belongs". At the end of the story there is a child in a wheel chair. He wants to be involved but can't use the stage stairs. The girls don't want to leave this child out so they find a solution. Everyone belong is a story that needs to be in every home. It is a story that even adult need to be reminded about. We are all abled in our own ways and we all belong.… (más)

This book is about a girl who has a disability. This book is great for students to learn that everybody is different and not to judge anyone. This book is for ages 5-8. I got this book from the library.
