Sometimes being different means you have to stand up for what you believe, even if others don't like you because of it. And sometimes being different and standing up for yourself can inspire others to find another way. Herb is different and wouldn't change, even to save his life. But his bravery showed the king and the dragons that there could be another way and they could lean to compromise for the benefit of everyone. ( ) Summary: In this children's book, there is a dragon names Herb. Herb is a dragon who’s not afraid to speak his own opinion and does things for himself. Since he is a vegetarian and all of his friends are meat eaters, he has a tough choice to make. Does he turn to a meat eater or stay eating the same things he likes to eat? Review: This book is written in such a cute way. This story shows how what we eat is our own decision and that its our own body and we can eat whatever we want to. This book also shows how people eat different types of foods and that you should respect others for that. Cute idea for a story, but unfortunately not very well executed. The illustrations are nice, but the text is extremely long for a picture book. I also wasn't a huge fan of how blatantly moralistic some of the text was, and *I'm* a vegetarian! Example: "I don't ask you to stop eating meat, so why do you ask me to stop eating vegetables?" sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
