This book was very interesting to me because I didn't know very much about mummies before reading it. I like how the funny the pictures were children can relate to some of things that the mummies were doing which I think they would enjoy. The author incorporated such a wide variety of facts while making the entire book rhyme, I thik the the poetry tied this book together as a whole. ( )

A book of riddles about mummies is good for students who are first learning about Egypt, mummies, and learning to read because they are easy and short jokes which have some historical significance. This would be good to introduce students to word play. The illustrations are suitable for young children. ( )

This was a very easy book. I can see reading this to the little ones around Halloween or a Halloween fun day just to have a little relaxing humor. A few of the jokes were farfetched, but all in all, they would be the perfect riddles to set the Halloween mood in the classroom. ( )
