BOOK BLURB: It doesn't look good for one of rock's most famous faces to cause a wreck, especially if he's been drinking. Yet Ian Jeffries does just that, right into another man's car. Musician Tony Simpson isn't amused by the damage, despite being taken by tabloid magnet Ian. Ian's willing to do anything to keep away more bad publicity. Luckily, Tony's willing to see the good in the rock scene's latest bad boy. BOOK REVIEW: Short, steamy, and sex-driven ~ this story certainly lives up to its title! It doesn't go very far past the sex, though, which was disappointing. As part of a set of music-themed stories, I was expecting the two men being musicians to be more integral to the plot. Instead, their careers in the public eye serve to short circuit an initial potentially awkward conversation about orientation, but are then swiftly forgotten as they go out to eat together, tabloid photographers or no ... Once they move to a more private setting, though, Falconer turns up the heat, and the rough edges of the set-up start to fade away. This is a pity and very different from the other books of hers I've read so far. All I can say about this one is that it was okay (hence 2 stars) but was hoping for more than it was able to deliver.
