The book is about three boys who journey on a native American traditional spirit quest in search of a dream that will show them their destiny. One boy dreams of a bear, another dreams of an eagle, while the third boy dreams of only an acorn. The boy is confused by this dream and seeks answers and guidance from a tribal elder. The wisdom that the elder shares with the boy is not obvious until he is grown and sees how wonderful his gift truly is. This is a very good book to share the importance of morals and personal strength. The author adds in wonderful metaphors that will be a great teaching resource for the classroom, as well as introducing ethnic traditions. ( ) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
