Narrated by Cassandrea Campbell. A lot of sex while the group tries to find and thwart the latest demon general. Camille has dragon trouble, demon trouble as well as big changes for her and her friends. Lots love messages and steamy sex with her men, as well as loss as the battle heats up.

I'm not sure why, but the Camille books in this series are lack luster. Even the carnal scenes were a let down. Other than the black unicorn dying and Trillion returning there was very little excitement in this book. The girls are still battling the demons. Camille is threatened by family members and her magic progresses to the next stage. I expected some form of retaliation from Smokey's father, but was let down. (

Camille was very busy! Anything I could say would be a giveaway. Delilah's the next story in line and I'm sure it will be just as full. There's another series Yasmine will be starting this summer too. (

Well that didn't take long. Where the hell is my husband? Or one of the three. Camille defiantly doesn't lack in the husband department.
Ms. Galenorn seems to suffer from to much recapping! Really I think that you could honestly rip out maybe three pages every time that she re-explains an effing character. Sorry, but I don't suffer from short term memory loss. For my sanity PLEASE STOP REPEATING YOURSELF AUTHORS!
Can I just go back on the smut scenes and...

Beasties are the only saving grace for this series. There needs to be more monster attacks and less sucking face! (

Slowly improving, book by book! With this sister, Camille, there's still the unrelenting sex (ok, quite common in the genre) but less of it in this installment told from her point of view. Some things are becoming contrived--at least one of her men keeps being out of the picture for most of the book when it's her turn to tell the story--but I can see why it would be necessary. There's only so many characters you can keep track of during action/sex/conversational scenes. As I thought around book 4, things are beginning to pick up as the series draws closer to an end. The larger plot moved forward a bit more. Yay! (
