While I'm a very irregular reader of The Comics Journal, I did find issue #298 to be unusually interesting, featuring as it does in-depth interviews with Nichols Gurewitch (of "Perry Bible Fellowsjip" fame) and brothers Fabio Moon and Gabriel Ba, two of the most interesting creators in comics today. This issue also includes a preview of Jiro Taniguchi's A Distant Neighborhood, which is planned for English translation and publication in 2010. Lastly, R. C. Harvey contributes a fascinating, if meandering, analysis of how Barack Obama is portrayed in editorial cartoons. Overall, issue #298 contains a fair amount of interesting content that makes it a worthwhile read. ( ) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
