This book is about 2 kids and a father whom move to a new house and the daughters see a shadow of a dog and a man in their backyard then their neighbors end up getting attacked and they figure out that the neighbors are ghosts. I really liked this book becouse there are action parts and you get surprised many times in this book i say that i really think that others should read it. High-schooler Jenny, her Dad, and her little sister Allie move locations again (trying to put the past of the mother's death behind them) and find they love their new rented home BUT they also find it haunted. Neighboring houses are haunted as well. It's Jenny who feels she must investigate and get to the bottom of all this to help the mysterious and frightening ghosts, as well as help the people they are haunting, before her Dad makes them 'move' again.
Wright (A Ghost in the Family) spins a suspenseful modern-day gothic but leaves a few threads of the frame story dangling. PremiosListas de sobresalientes
When their father moves them for the seventh time in the five years since their mother's death, Jenny and her younger sister hope to stay in this latest house and try to find out about the malevolent ghost who seems bent on getting revenge on their elderly neighbors.
