Spoiler alert, it was actually Jack’s dog Max that built the house. This delightful retelling of a classic story is one that will definitely interest children. It has the repetitive story arch, with each page adding to the previous lines. Max takes us step-by-step through the process of building a house. What I like about this book is that it is full of construction trucks and shows how a house is actually built. Read more at: https://librarycrossing.wordpress.com/2015/01/12/picture-book-review-jacks-house... This is a book about a dog that builds a house and the guy in the book named "Jack" takes all the credit for building the house. So the dog hauls Jack away while he is still in his hammock hanging between two trees in the back of a monster truck. So then he lives in the house. I like this book a lot and would use it in my classroom to show children that you have to work for what you want and that you can not just take all the credit for work that you did not do. Good book for grades kindergarten - second grade. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
