She doesn't paint the way Miss Hawthorne thinks she should and she daydreams during class. How will Miss Hawthorne react when Willow gives her her most-loved art book for Christmas? ( ) Willow was considered a mischievous and strange girl by Ms. Hawthorn who liked things a certain day and was very cold. Right before winter vacation, when students brought presents for their teachers, Ms. Hawthorn was left without any gifts, except from Willow (her art book). This inspired Ms. Hawthorn to become creative and free. Ages 5-8 Willow was a very extraordinary girl who loved to show off her imaginative artistic skills. Ms. Hawthorn, her art teacher, was a very mean lady who never accepted Willow's funky art. Then one day after getting a Christmas gift from Willow, Ms. Hawthorn opened her mind to new things and accepted everyone and their art. Since this book was about showing off art the pictures were very colorful and had great description. The words became repetitive but amusing to know what was going to be said next. In art class, neatness, conformity, and imitation are encouraged, but when Willow brings imagination and creativity to her projects, even straight-laced Miss Hawthorn is influenced. No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |
