This biography was a little bit confusing at times, such as when they randomly started following the history of Wham! or the sudden dream sequences (which I didn't always realize were dream sequences right away. However it wasn't all bad, their were some real insights into writing graphic novels and biographies and how people can feel very connected to their favorite singers. The reader just has to get past the mediocre to get to the really good. (

The artwork is well-done and easy-to-read, populated with appealing blobby caricatures. The book is a rambling wander, although an impressive achievement at over 300 pages.
