Using the alphabet as a guide it highlights several different landmarks and important facts about one of the largest cities in our country. It could be used as a history lesson when talking about the different states or cities and what makes them special. It contains a lot of interesting facts to spark student's interest so it could easily cause a spin off into many different kinds of lessons. I also like how it depicts the many differnt cultures represented in the city. This is a book of the alphabets but each one corresponds with a famous or popular place in New York City. This book would be good for any young child grades 1-YA because it not "kiddie" at all and even I liked it very much. I also really enjoyed the illustations in this book. There were people of all ethnicities and fun, large illustations I know kids would love. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
