52 months - O loved this book and we read it many times before it went back to the library. The ballet in the story was Sleeping Beauty which is her favorite. ( )

Dreams help make life more special. They give us the motivation we need to make those dreams come true. Tilly's dream becomes reality as her she receives help from her aunt to make them come true. Good read just a bit unrealistic in my eyes. Most children don't have connections close in their family to help make dreams like this one come true. ( )

A little girl for her birthday visits her Aunt, who is a real ballerina, at the theater where she performs. She gets to see all the preparations for the evening performance of Sleeping Beauty. She watches the performance and her Aunt calls her up on stage at the end to do a birthday dance for the whole audience. Her wish come true, to be a real ballerina on stage.
