Part of my massive Barbara Gordon Re-read which I had a glorious amazing time with. The art in the early Batgirl stuff was very touch and go to me, which made me wince a while reading through it, but I definitely appreciated the beginning of Cass' story, and Bab's involvement in that with Cass and with/against Bruce. ( ) Batgirl sets up on her own in Bludhaven, with the assistance of Batman and Alfred. I like the more human touches that weave through this book, as Cassandra slowly comes to feel a part of her new community, and to interact with "normal" people for perhaps the first time in her life. She also tries to end the Penguin's activities there, and as a result runs afoul of "The Brotherhood of Evil" (horrible name). By far the more interesting battle is when the Penguin hires Deathstroke to kill Batgirl - and he delegates the job to his daughter, who appears to be a prodigal assassin, just as Cassandra used to be. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
