I hit the literary jackpot at my local thriftstore recently. In an area set up for Halloween, they had several vintage horror books and I grabbed most of them....this book was one of them.

I found it very interesting and heart warming to learn that all proceeds from this book went to children's charities and all of the writers involved in this anthology donated their work :)

This anthology includes some really great work from some of the horror big boys/girls in the literary world.

Many of the stories are about childhood and/or children and go along nicely with the purpose of this book. A highly recommended read for horror or short story fans. ( )
