"When I was dreaming about America all the time as a kid I was playing with rag dolls. And my father said, 'You're not going to play with dolls any more. I am going to throw them out on you.' I said, "No, Dada, please, I'll put them away myself somewhere. Don't throw them out on me.' I felt so bad; he wanted to take my dolls, throw them away on me. I put them in a little cigar box and I went to the brook and I said, 'Goodbye, my dollies. I'll meet you in America.' That was my dream.
