Spider-Man fights a battle of epic proportions against a mystical Spider-Wasp that followed his scent from another dimension. The battle is enthralling, original and believable, leavened with Spider-Man's often macabre humor. Ezekiel makes a return appearance to help Peter Parker. Afterward, there is a sweet and touching reunion of Peter and Maryjane at an airport, interrupted by Dr. Doom and Captain America, followed by a long-awaited resolution of their separation. Good storylines and writing, fine humor, quite good artwork... the Spider-Man stories haven't been this good in a long time. (
