Murgatroyd's Garden is about the garden that begins to grow out of Murgatroy'd head due to his refusal to have his hair washed. The illustrations in this book, by Drahos Zak, are absolutely incredible and make the book a must have (Zak's images are only partially colored, which results in a wonderful contrast and serves to highlight special parts of the pictures).

Apparently, I, as a little boy, refused to let my mother wash my hair--until she read me this book. ( )
