I would reccomend this book to be used with older grades, 3-5, because of the diffculty of reading. It is something that they can read on their own, and it would not make for the best read aloud book, either. This book could be used to introduce current events such as hurricanes that are happening or have happened and the effects it has on people and their lives. This book could also be used to examine the text features such as maps, sub headings, pictures, captions, vocabulary words, and diagrams because the book is set up in a way that it will be easy for children to point them out.
