The book talks about Thomas Edison's inventions and gives a little background information on him. Creating inventions that can be used for years and years and be built upon by new inventors is a great way to impact the lives of many and make a difference. Studying the work of inventors can lead to new ideas and even better inventions. ( ) I chose this book because Lola Schaefer is a local and talented author. She is from the Garret – Altona area. Thomas Edison would be an ideal book for ages 5-8 years. It is a comprehensive yet easy read for young children. It has a time line that follows through the book along with the narration and is carefully illustrated. The perfect biography for young children. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
