PreS-Gr 3—The Korean snack, side dish, and condiment gets its own book as a young narrator explains in a
crescendo of excitement why she loves it, needs it, craves it; and Kim convinces readers in no time to join in.
Suggestions on how to add kimchi to hamburgers and French fries further delight.

Kimchi Kimchi Everyday was a very cute book about a little girl who loves kimchi so much she eats it in different ways everyday.

It’s good for children to read this book so they can get a taste for different cultures than their own. It also touches on the days of the week, so that’s helpful as well! In the back of the book there’s a kimchi glossary as well for further education! I would use this book for K-1st graders to talk about different foods and cultures.

This book is good for students at a primary level. It is a wonder picture book full of rhymes and beautiful illustrations about a young girl who loves to eat kimchi. This is definitely a great read-aloud book that can help young students understand the rhymes and connect them to the story. ( )

I think this book is more for the primary level and is good for understanding another's culture. This book explains all the way the main character eats Kimchi in her everyday life. It is a part of her culture.

- Age: Primary

- It is a simple rhyming book that cold be used for a read aloud. The book follows a little girl and how she loves to eat Kimchi and all the different foods she eats it in or with.

- I would have it in my classroom as I loved the diversity, the rhyming patterns and how it is related to food.
