Sarah is hard a hard time understand why is has diabetes, but is has a stuffed lamb that help he to cope with it.

Sarah has diabetes and it limits her activities in her everyday life. Her stuffed animal Puffle comes to life in the story and helps her cope with the stuggles she faces in her life by coming up riddles and rhymes. Some people just need that extra push in life to help them get through hard times.
