If you're an avid reader, I'm sure you've come across the words "Maybe Ever After" or "Ambiguous Ending" at least once in your life. I'm so happy for you if you haven't heard of it or have never experienced one. But, unfortunately, if you have, I send my condolences your way. And if you frown upon the terms mentioned above, you're better off without this book. The book, however lovely in the beginning, leaves a sour taste in the mouth with its ending. Sure, it won't be realistic for Saint to up and leave a town he loves OR for Harley to give up her home and move to Saint Nick's Hollow, not after a night anyway. But there could have been more chapters and more content, and even if not, the ending was too disappointing to get over. ( )
