This series keeps hanging just on the verge of being really good, but it won't let go of the one gag it repeats over and over again: the girl who can see gross and terrifying demons, spirits, and ghosts pretends she doesn't. Fortunately there is a smidge of forward motion with an intriguing visit to a shrine that has some extended consequences, and there is another touching ghost story. Here's hoping the next volume I have on hand finds more of that traction instead of letting the tires keep on spinning in the mire. ( ) sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

Salt, useless. Prayer beads, no dice. Disinfectant--mildly effective. Miko's fruitless attempts at warding off horrific spirits leave her with one option...keep pretending these grotesque specters don't exist. But Miko hasn't given up yet! One day, she'll be free. Until then, she just has to survive changing-room phantoms and ghost-infested tunnels and...a girl named Yuria?"--Back cover. No se han encontrado descripciones de biblioteca. |
